Travel Fare & Inclusions

The package includes international round-trip flight tickets, three domestic flights between cities, transportation by pushback deluxe A/C bus or mini bus, A/C double-bed hotel accommodation, visa expenses, meals, tea, and breakfast, etc.

The total package cost is ₹99,000/- per person. This includes return flights from Delhi to Vietnam, three domestic flights, A/C double-bed accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening tea, sightseeing and all ground transport.

For advance booking, an amount of ₹25,000/- per person must be deposited either into the bank account of the Madhya Pradesh representatives Kuldeep / Anil Dharia Ji, Ujjain, or paid in cash. The remaining balance amount will be collected 7 days before the journey.

If any passenger cancels the trip after booking, the advance amount will not be refunded. As the travel date approaches, flight ticket prices may increase; in such a case, the additional fare difference will be payable by the passenger.

Health & Safety: The company is not responsible for illness, accidents, or loss of valuables. In emergencies, medical assistance can be arranged at the traveler's cost. Senior citizens and those with health conditions should take extra care and may use local transport at their own expense.

Note: Due to weather, traffic or local restrictions, itinerary changes may occur. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the tour manager.

Rules and Facilities for Traveling Abroad to Vietnam

Tea, breakfast, vegetarian lunch, and dinner will be provided daily. Meals will be as per the fixed hotel menu and will be served either at the hotel or at local restaurants, subject to availability. Passengers will be accommodated in double-bed rooms. If any passenger wishes to stay in a single room, an additional charge of ₹12,000 will apply. Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per local hotel rules and timings.

For air travel, each passenger is allowed up to 15 kg of check-in baggage and up to 7 kg of hand baggage. Charges for excess baggage must be paid by the passenger directly. During airport transfers, passengers are responsible for handling their own luggage.

For air travel, each traveler is allowed to carry up to 25 kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage. Any excess weight will be charged directly by the airline. Travelers must handle their own baggage during airport transfers. A valid passport is mandatory for this journey, with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Travelers must carry their original passport along with copies of their visa and e-tickets at all times. Without valid documents, boarding will not be permitted and the tour cost will be non-refundable.

Transportation will be arranged via A/C bus, van, or mini coach, depending on group size. In some cities, due to narrow roads and local traffic regulations, smaller vehicles may be used.

It is mandatory to carry the original passport during travel. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Passengers must always carry their original passport, visa, and e-ticket. Boarding will not be permitted without valid documents, and no refund will be provided in such cases. After booking, a copy of the passport details page must be sent via WhatsApp to 9640100200.

Entry fees to sightseeing places, boating, ropeway, porter charges, water sports, adventure activities, cultural shows, and personal shopping expenses are not included in the package. Any expense beyond the mentioned inclusions must be borne by the passenger. Upon arrival in Vietnam, passengers may obtain local currency exchange and SIM cards at the airport as per their requirement. Each passenger is responsible for the safety of their belongings. The organization will not be responsible for personal illness, accidents, or loss of valuables. If a passenger becomes unwell and leaves the tour midway, all related arrangements and expenses will be the passenger’s own responsibility, and no refund will be provided. In emergencies, hospital or doctor arrangements may be made at the passenger’s expense. If a passenger fails to reach the group on time, they must reach the next destination at their own cost. Vehicles will go only up to designated parking points. From there, sightseeing locations are nearby, and passengers may walk or use local transport such as rickshaws at their own expense.

If any passenger is found violating customs or foreign regulations for any reason, full responsibility will lie with the passenger. The organization will not be liable in such cases. The tour will not be stopped, postponed, or refunded under such circumstances. Any legal action taken under local laws will be the sole responsibility of the concerned passenger. Passengers are therefore requested to strictly follow all foreign rules and laws.

In situations such as floods, earthquakes, war, riots, terrorist activities, festivals, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, bad weather, pandemics, fire, or delays in buses, flights, or trains, some sightseeing spots may not be accessible. In such cases, the itinerary may be modified as required. If the journey is disrupted due to such circumstances, the organization will not be responsible for any compensation or damages. While the tour operator makes every effort for passenger comfort, some inconvenience may still occur during the journey. Kindly accept this and provide full cooperation to the tour manager.

The following rules must be followed by passengers

The travel company will not be responsible for any personal illness, accident, or loss of valuable items during the journey. In case of medical emergencies, arrangements can be made for hospital or doctor visits, but the expenses must be borne by the traveler.

Senior citizens and those with health issues are advised to take extra care. They may use local taxis or transport if required, at their own expense.

Travelers must always carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, flight tickets) and follow local rules. Any missing documents will result in denied boarding and non-refundable tour cost.

Sometimes weather conditions, flight delays, traffic problems, or local government restrictions may cause changes in the sightseeing program. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the tour manager in such cases.

The manager will ensure maximum comfort during the journey, but minor inconveniences may occur. Travelers are expected to cooperate and maintain group harmony for smooth travel.
