Travel Details

Accommodation will be provided in Vrindavan with 3/4 bed attached lat-bathrooms. Beds, utensils, and buckets will be provided by the organization.

All the travelers will arrive at Shyam Shyam Ashram, near Tempo Stand and the water tank, close to the Roadways Bus Stand in Vrindavan.

For travelers during the journey, breakfast will include bed tea, tea/snacks, and lunch and dinner will be provided. The meals will consist of one lentil dish, one vegetable dish, rice, and roti (Indian bread). Desi ghee (clarified butter) will be used in roti, lentil, and rice dishes, while refined oil will be used in snacks, vegetable dishes, and puris (a type of Indian bread). Basmati rice will be served for both lunch and dinner. Depending on availability, pickles, papad, dessert, and salad may also be provided with the meals. The use of onions and garlic will be avoided. All meals will be prepared on a traditional wood stove and will be purely vegetarian. During lunch and dinner, each traveler will be provided with a bottle of mineral water.

Single elderly individuals and solo women can comfortably undertake our journey. The ambiance of the journey is homely, creating an environment that feels like being with family, thus avoiding any sense of loneliness.

Yatris (pilgrims) are required to carry cash or a bank draft/cheque with them for the remaining amount and deposit it in the name of 'Shri Shiv Shankar Tirth Yatra (Raj)' at the Rishikesh branch.

For the safety of the travelers' belongings, the committee will arrange for security personnel, tea, snacks, and meals. Adequate individuals will be designated to cook and take care of the travelers. Travelers are advised not to bring valuable jewelry like gold and silver during the journey. The responsibility for any financial or physical damage during the travel period will lie with the individual traveler. The organizers will not be held accountable for any loss incurred by the travelers.

Each dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rishikesh (Dehradun) only. The jurisdiction for any disputes arising under the Consumer Committee will also be Rishikesh (Dehradun).

Yatris (pilgrims) are requested to inform the head office after making their booking to avoid any possibility of errors. While booking the seat, yatris should carefully read the name and photo of Founder Shri Lala Shivcharan Lal Agrawal and the name of the travel agency.

Each yatri is required to strictly adhere to the schedule. If someone gets separated from the group for any reason, they will be responsible for reaching the next destination at their own expense.

Yatris with contagious diseases, those consuming alcoholic substances, or those causing disruptions will be excluded from the journey at the discretion of the organizers.

If a yatri decides to return home prematurely due to any reason or illness, the refund will not be provided in such circumstances.

If, due to bad weather, weekly holidays, closures, or rallies at any place, some sightseeing is not possible during the journey, the organization/organizers may make necessary changes in the itinerary. Yatris are requested to cooperate fully under such circumstances.

During the journey, the manager will make every effort to provide maximum comfort to the yatris. However, some inconvenience is natural during the journey. At that time, yatris should practice the spirit of "परदेश नरेश कलेशन" (adjusting in a foreign land) and provide full support to the organizers. Please forgive any errors in printing.

Rules for Cancellation of Journey: If any yatri wishes to cancel their seat booking for any reason, they must provide a written notice 12 days before the departure date of the journey. In such cases, the advance amount will be refunded. However, if a written notice is not received at least 12 days before the departure date, the advance amount will not be refunded. If the booking is done within the last 12 days before the journey date and the yatri cancels the seat, the advance amount will not be refunded. If the yatri cancels the journey at least 5 days before the journey date (excluding the journey date), the organization reserves the right to charge the full fare of the journey from the yatri legally. There will be no exemptions in such cases.
