Flight Travel Rules and Facilities

Every day, morning tea, breakfast, and pure vegetarian lunch and dinner will be provided. The menu for the meals will be pre-determined by the hotel.

Passengers will be provided with a double bed room. If any passenger wishes to opt for a single room, an additional ₹9,000 will be charged. Prior notice is required for this.

Check-in baggage is limited to a maximum of 15 kg, and hand baggage is limited to a maximum of 7 kg. Power banks should only be kept in the hand baggage. Items like scissors, nail clippers, knives, coconuts, etc., are prohibited on the flight. Passengers will receive their boarding pass via WhatsApp 12 hours before the flight. On the day of travel, meet the representative of the organization at the relevant terminal 3 hours before the flight departure.

It is mandatory to bring the original copies of the passport and voter ID for the journey. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months. After booking, a scanned copy of the front and back pages of the passport, along with the orientation page, must be sent via WhatsApp to (9640100200).

Entry fees to sightseeing places and expenses for special rituals or pujas will be borne by the passengers themselves. The passenger will be solely responsible for any kind of physical/financial loss or loss of belongings during the journey. The organizers will not be held liable. If a passenger leaves the journey midway due to illness, the return arrangements and expenses will be their own responsibility. No amount will be refunded. If needed, passengers may arrange for a doctor or hospital at their own expense. Timeliness is mandatory. If any passenger gets left behind from the group, they will have to reach the next destination at their own cost. All buses will go only up to the parking area of sightseeing locations; from there, the distance to the temples will be short. Passengers can walk or take a rickshaw to the temple at their own expense.

The journey will be conducted in pushback deluxe A/C buses and A/C tempo travelers. A/C facility will be available only while the vehicle is in motion.

In case of bad weather, delays in bus/flight, or local issues (such as strikes, rallies, weekly holidays, etc.), necessary changes may be made to the itinerary if a particular site cannot be visited. Passengers are kindly requested to fully cooperate in such situations. The organizers will try their best to provide maximum comfort during the journey, but minor inconveniences may still occur. Please accept them in the spirit of devotion and extend full cooperation to the tour manager.

The following rules must be followed by passengers

During the journey, the responsibility for financial, physical damage, and passenger's belongings lies with the passenger themselves. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss to the passengers.

Passengers must adhere to the rules of the flight and train. In case of any medical emergency, passengers can arrange for hospital/doctor services at their own cost. Each passenger will be bound to follow the timetable. If any passenger separates from the group for any reason, they will need to reach the next station or destination at their own cost. All buses will go up to the parking areas of the tourist sites, and the temples will be within walking distance. Therefore, passengers can go on foot or by rickshaw at their own expense to the temples. This will minimize walking for passengers.

If, for any reason, a passenger wishes to leave the journey midway due to health issues or any other reason, the organizer will only provide a sleeper-class train ticket for their journey back home. This arrangement is only applicable if the request is made at least 5 days before the end of the journey. In no circumstance will the fare be refunded.

If the flight is delayed, the bus breaks down, bad weather occurs, or due to weekly holidays, closures, or rallies, any sightseeing is not possible, the organizer may make changes to the program. Passengers are requested to cooperate fully, understanding the circumstances.

The manager will try to provide maximum comfort to the passengers during the journey. However, a little inconvenience during the trip is natural. Passengers are requested to bear it with the spirit of perseverance, as said in the saying "Paradesh Naresh Kaleshan", and cooperate fully with the organizer.
